• What do I do if the metal tarnishes?

All jewellery will tarnish over time.  I recommend keeping them stored in the little zip close baggie to slow the process.  But don't worry, you do not need to toss your tarnished earring to the back of your collection, never to be worn again.  The best way to restore them to their original shine is with a jewellery cloth.  These work the best because there is no risk of damaging the leather, and they do an amazing job.  It is also very handy to have one for any of your jewellery.

• I lost an earring, can I replace a single?

I will do my best.  No two pairs are exactly the same, and sometimes I do not have the leather in stock anymore.  But please reach out to me with a picture of the earring and I will let you know if I am able to make a single one to match.

• I see a style I like but would like it in a color that is not listed.  Is this possible?

If I have the leather, I am happy to make them.  Send me a message with your color preferences and I will send you pictures of the options.

• Can you fix an earring?

Yes! Always reach out to me with any concerns.  I take pride in my work, but sometimes things can go wrong.  So if a piece tarnishes more than expected, a hook comes undone, or the quality does not meet your expectations please don't hesitate to reach out to me.  I want everyone to be happy with their purchase and will do my best to fix, or replace the item.  

• What is your return policy?

Unfortunately I am unable to accept returns due to hygiene and safety reasons.  However, if an item is damaged or does not meet your expectations please send me an email.  I want everyone to be happy with their purchase and will do my best to address any concerns.
